Lyle Wilson, BA, LL.B.
For more than 40 years, Lyle has acted as counsel for family law, estate, and commercial law clients. His practice is primarily restricted to wills, administration of estates, powers of attorney and personal directives.
Edward Gale, BLA, LL.B.
Edward practices primarily in family law together with some contract law, employment law, personal injury, and civil litigation matters. Edward represents clients in Court on a regular basis as well as in mediation and arbitration settings.
Prior to practicing law, Edward played professional hockey in Europe. After obtaining his law degree, Edward spent two years in Beijing China, working for China Sports Law and helped develop and grow ice hockey in China. In 2019, Edward returned to Alberta after spending six years overseas.
Kim Walker, Paralegal
Kim Walker is an experienced paralegal who has worked in general practice settings for many years, with a focus in the areas of Family Law, and Wills and Estates. In her role at Wilson Law, Kim handles estate planning documents and the administration of estates, dealing with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Attention to detail and personal service are her core strengths.
Outside of work, Kim is an avid hiker and traveler, often combining both, as well as spending time with her family.
Claudia Collins, Legal Assistant
Claudia Collins is a SAIT graduate from the Legal Assistant Program with experience in Wills and Estates. Claudia pays strong attention to detail in both estate and family law matters. Outside of work, Claudia plays ringette in Cochrane.
